I priced 20-foot and 40-foot containers the other day. $3600 for the 20, and $5500 for the 40 footer, with $150/hour delivery charge.
They have basically doubled in the past 5 years. Yes they are getting outrageous I picked this used one up for $3800 a few yrs ago . It's a 9'.5" high x 40' I had it in a different location in a nearby town and just recently moved it home . Cost me 600 bucks

A buddy of mine had a condensation problem in his. When the Sun hit the roof and inside air was cool, it would drip pretty good. He made a vent high on a side wall and runs a fan on solar/battery. That took care of the problem. Spray foam would fix the problem too but cost more. I cut a vent in one of the front doors and one at the back wall . I live in a very dry climate so that helps . But it is one hot muther in there . The roof will get coated white with one of the RV rubber roof type coatings and the new attached roof shed will shade the side that gets afternoon sun so I'm hoping it will stay cooler inside

Looks good.

That looks great! Very tidy.
I too need more storage. In fact, today tore down an old storage building. Now really need more storage.

The pricing discussed here make me feel pretty good about the $2,500 + moving that I paid for my 40' several years ago. I bought mine from an individual that had built racks across the front end (doors only on one end) and on both sides for half the length. The shelves are very handy. Mine gets hot even though it has pretty good shade most of the day but I have not had any issues with moisture.
