Those that use freedom brand wolf fangs can you pull them and reuse multiple times? Also where’s the best place to buy them in bulk?

Depends on how hard your ground is and method of pulling em. The harder the ground and the rougher your method, the greater chances of them bending.

As for the best place for bulk, FnT for the freedom brand. Wolf Creek for their version

If my ground is frozen when it’s time to pull , I may cut and run . Even then I will pull in the spring. Some years I I have to auger a 3” hole next to the cable, but usually I can just use my puller.

I always cut and run. IF you are getting paid. Why not?? The time you spend trying to save a few quarters. Ends up costing you dollars. I know most trappers are cheap. But its called = a disposable stake for a reason!! Ha Ha ! LoL!!!

I cut and run a line yesterday. Pulled 12 traps in about 30 min. That will spoil you quick.

1) If you set the area next year, you can reuse the same cable stake, just remove the trap, of course, you'd have to mark the set location to even find it.

2) A BULLDOG STAKE PULLER will pull but all of mine, which are 18" stakes, in non-frozen ground.
( you can use a cordless drill to start a hole beside if, if you need or know that trick.)

and . . .
3) Wolf Fangs by Wolf Creek Products, they make a larger one . All I use. I highly recommend them and their products !

Don't know your soils, LT, but down here a year in our acidic soil will dissolve cable from the inside out.

Keep in mind all wolf fangs are not the same I bought a brand from pcs outdoors and they didn't fit my drivers so I had to grind them all out. Not worth the hassle.

I’ve used both brands.

They’re both a good product.

However, I’ve done things to the few hundred freedom brand fangs I’ve used that I’ve never done to the thousands of wolf creek brand I’ve used.

Folded clean in half while pulling (I’ve had wolf creeks bend, but never buckle completely).

Tore the connection tab completely out of.

I try to recover, re-use, or leave and re-use as much as possible and the wolf creeks just seem to hold up better.

But I’d buy either or if the price was right.

I use wolf fangs on little more than half my sets, but I have quick links on the chain/swivel above ground. I can easily swap traps out if needed and when I pull traps in December. They either stay in the ground for next year or I come back in the spring to pull 'em. I don't have that many properties, so it's not a big deal for me.

When I trap in frozen ground.I chop a hole where I'm going to drive my stake, then after I drive it I keep antifreeze around it to keep it thawed, I've never had to leave one yet.i use an all steel spade and pull with ease.
