It's a good thing I have an ample whiskey supply.
I have nothing clever to put here.

I know I had a beer in 1967 but can't remember any after that Now I know Alaska is prone to nice weather, but down here in KS it gets HOT. When its HOT and you been out in it all day, had plenty of water, a chair in the shade or an airconditioner and a few cold beers, is a little piece of heaven.

Youre coming into Octoberfest weather, especially in the evenings.

I thought the CO2 in beer occured naturally as a byproduct of alcohol production by yeast? Does commercial beer have extra CO2 added? Depends on if the beer has been bottle conditioned or force-carbonated. More than one way to skin the cat. Pretty sure all domestics are force-carbonated simply due to demand.

Bottle conditioned tends to have sediment so you lose some liquid when drinking unless you dont care about it
