Living my childhood dream of Jonny & Roy. Loved Emergency when I was a young tot.
Since then, snowboard inst, ski patrol, Emt, paramedic, firefighter paramedic, fire officer, flight medic, medevac educator and base manager. Now scaling back to just flight medic, dad of two wonderful kids, and someday living off the wife.
Only job that wanst in the dream was grocery store stocker. Did that for a short time between ski seasons.

Fifty years (started in 1971) a large predator biologist, now pretty much retired. Most work, through the years, has been with wolves and brown bears. Have also worked extensively with mink, otter, marten, coyotes, badgers, black bears, Himalayan bears, far eastern leopards, Siberian tigers, golden eagles, boreal and great gray owls, peregrine falcons, other raptors. Some work (mainly management) with elk, moose, caribou, bison, Sitka blacktailed deer, mountain goats, Dall sheep. As of 2022, just a plain old recreational trapper (I got old).

Gulo, sounds exciting! Did you get/consider getting your Pilot's license? I'm envisioning a Super Cub on skis/floats. I'm kind of a late-bloomer when it comes to airplanes. Bought my first PA-18 in 1990. Finally got a license and several hundred hours and got certified to fly for the state a couple years later. Got a state 'Cub in 1994. Pretty much flew (either personal plane or F&G plane) every day that the weather allowed (and sometimes when it didn't) for the next umpteen years. Most of my time is on skis or tundra tires. I found floats made it difficult to conduct intensive game surveys (moose, caribou, bison, furbearers, wolves, Dall sheep, bears, etc.). I've logged time in about 20 different types of airplanes, but I'm an admitted airplane snob. Nothing (NOTHING) even comes close to performing as well as a 'Cub for the kind of flying I was doing.
