Yes the gas that came to the EU via Ukraine was from Russia. Ukraine got a good chunk of money to have the pipeline on its soil. Thats why they started with the Nordstream 2 in the first place, as it would have cut the Ukraine out of that deal as the Baltic does not charge anyone to pump NG through it. A bunch of folks in the Ukraine including Hunter weren't to happy about loosing that amount of, essentially free cash. I guess that one of the reasons that Hunter had to take up painting to pay the bills.

So there were fast growing supplies of natural gas when Trump was in office and now we have an administration that's against fossil fuels (natural gas and oil). Did I miss something?
