Gun Owners of America , secure a TRO from federal judge negating most of Hochul’s unconstitutional new gun laws. Hochul has 3 days to appeal and if unsuccessful the TRO goes into affect. NY gun owners keep your fingers crossed that she fails on the appeal.

There has to be some criminal recourse against Hochul and her ilk for knowingly trying to enact unconstitutional laws. This isn't just an oops my bad line crossing but purposeful screw you SCOTUS defiance.

Until these despots feel some personal pain we will never have peace.

Illinois tried to play similar games and not give out CCW permits the courts told them to do it or face legal action and they made it happen after that, the same needs to be done in NY! That woman is pure evil let’s hope she gets beat during the next election.

The whole Country can thank New York for fighting back and the resulting recent SCOTUS decision in favor of our gun rights.We will keep fighting on the local and State level also instead of running away,,and already have a Restraining Order from a judge against Hochuls latest BS.I would rather stay here and make a change than just run away.

100% correct.These commie polotitions keep making uncotsitutional laws because when the Supreme court rules againt them,,there are no repurcussions.If you or I denied someone their constitutional rights,,we would go to jail,,but they continue because they pay no penalty.

Sad thing is the voters no longer hold them accountable. Used to be a politician feared losing elections but now between ignorant voters and perks after leaving office there's zero repercussions.

If a governor signs a law and it's later proved to be unconstitutional, the courts ruling should require that the governor immediately resign. I don't think the court itself has the legal right to do that, but it's certainly something that the states could pass if they chose to.

I like that a lot,,but think it should go even a step further.They shouldn't be allowed to resign,,they should just be fired,,and not allowed their Golden Parachute Government Pensions or health care benefits.I bet that would make them re-think any BS laws.
