It appears our decomposing lizard in chief wants to take a billion dollars out of your pocket and give it to third world countries as some form of forgiveness for us and the European countries developing energy.

So what is the goal of environmental policy?

maybe we should start figuring how much of our national treasure and scientific contributions we have given to the world, versus what we have "taken" from it.

And all funded by the middle class and not by the rich elite ruling class. They have made sure their wealth is protected.

I bet the large majority of that money is funneled right back in the elites pockets. Taking from the middle class through taxes and used to make the most elite richer.
