Also is a Victor 1 1/2 big enough for coyotes? I have caught coyotes in 1 1/2s, but I won't say they are ideal for the job.

I wouldn’t buy 1.5 coil springs for coyote, but if it’s all you got and the budget won’t allow for some larger traps….. Mind your placement and they work. 1.5 longsprings are not really adequate for coyote in my opinion. Maybe if they have pan tension and really stout springs.
