I’m not sure if I should be worried or excited that the country can be crippled by shutting down the railroad.

How about you?

Last time they had a strike, '91, congress stopped it within hours. Same thing this time is my guess.

Yup the strike won't last more than an hour and be forced back to work by Congress....what you will see is employees dragging there feet. A job that normally takes 1 hour will take all day now!

You'd think the Biden administration would be doing back flips over having a strike. Their not burning diesel fuel. To heck with economy.

40 years ago 90% of freight was hauled by long haul truckers. I hope they do strike. Strike long enough that warren Buffet loses his contract to haul what ought to be going through the keystone pipe line

Yes good movie.
Borgenine was a mean sob in that show.
When he tied that big heavy bolt to a line and ran it under the train to bounce off the ties and beat the hobos that rode the rods under the train.

Ol sniffy passed it on to the congress, I saw yesterday. That way he can claim he was behind the unions all the way. How can any normal thinking person think that he is worth a 25% increase in his wages. Talk about inflationary!

I don't care how nice the hand soap smells, you should never walk out of the restroom sniffing your fingers.

Before I make my decision on the worker's request, I'd like to see their present benefit schedule. They may or may not already have ample employee benefits.
