All a bunch of junk now plus over priced, i'll never own another new vehicle, just keep rebuilding my old truck if and when it ever needs it. Get new trucks at work so that's why id not own one, flimsy bunch of junk.

I can attest to their vans getting lots of miles with very few "wear" items needing replaced like ball joints and other suspension parts. I have a customer with several for his business and they all have over 400k with few repairs.

Toyota trucks don't seem any better than the others tho.

There comes a point liberalism has gone too far, we're past that point.

This week, he picked up a MINT 2005 3/4 ton 4wd Dodge, Cummins and 86 k on it for $15k.

Then tells me they were going to scrap the yard truck at work, salt ate bed off
2007 F350, 4WD, 6.0, salt spreader and plow.
22,000 miles!!!!

He got it for $700.
Asked me to keep an eye out for a bed.
I told him I'll double his money, as is, to have a spare for when my 6.0 let's go, lol.

I wish I could read the dates at the bottom to know the time period. My wife's '99 Rav had just under 250K when we traded it, and was going strong. It was due a new timing belt and would need a new set of front brake pads in another 25K, I changed the first brake pads at 136K. Toyota doesn't make them like that anymore.

My 2013 Silverado has 83000 miles and would not pass inspection because of a rotted frame. This crappy steel they are using these days is for the birds, and as has been said, New York way over does it with the salt they lay down. Not only does it eat up vehicles, but look what it is doing to the environment. Forget about global warming, BAN ROAD SALT !
