The guy is a all around outstanding outdoorsman. Very quite and humble. He's over 6 feet tall for reference.

Maurob, that is the biggest one I’ve ever seen!!! Most pictures are someone holding the cat way out and you really can’t tell how big it is.

With only 2 tags a year, quit a few get released hoping for a good one. Often that leads to getting skunked.

That's some nice cats. But almost truth be told, I caught a 67 pounder last year. I would have had trail cam pics, but the batteries died, there's that. Then when I went to take a pic with my phone the sun was in my eyes and then I got a horrible toe cramp. So, no pics but it did happen.

To get to 50 lb around here I bet it would have to get caught in a cage trap or cubby with a beaver carcass in it and sit there eating all night
