Foot traffic will bother them alot more than stands. If they keep getting bumped out of there they'll probably leave.

I never understood peoples fascination with dust collectors.

It's respect for the animals, not dust collector's

Its not respect for the animal its about impressing people you show them too

Doesn't look like I'll be hunting from the stand. I'm pretty sure that is what he is checking when he keeps looking up. LOL

The only way a buck grows a nice set of antlers is first of all it has to have the right genes Than it needs to have very good nutrition And next in line is it must survive for at least 4 or more years And than it must also avoid poachers ,coyotes, cars free roaming dogs and various types of diseases From studies they have learned that deer have a home range of about 1 square mile . But the might not be square . So it could be 1/2 mile wide and 2 miles long Plus studies have shown that buck especially will sometimes travel great distances .And relocate into a new home range .A buck radio collared for a study in Mississippi had swam across the Miss river at least twice .Unless you live in some exceptional deer habitat most hunters will not see a 170 class buck in a life time of hunting .But knowing there are some really good buck available to se and maybe shot helps to keep us motivated to keep hunting .
