I haven't made a bad thing yet on the pellet grill. Easy as heck to use and monitor temps and not hard to get good smoke flavor. If you are smoking with wood in an offset smoker you are just stubborn I've got better things to do than babysit the smoker the whole time its cooking .... like staring at 90’s pics of David hasslehoff with his shirt off ? Only after I've put my speedo on. Guests don't know if I have a can of corn in my pocket or if I'm just happy to see them

How do you know what kind of wood is in those pellets? Wood pellets are like Vienna sausages. Hotdogs are made of what falls on the slaughterhouse floor. Vienna sausages are made of what oozes through the cracks of said slaughterhouse floor. A real man knows what wood he's cooking with because its printed on the bag in the ingredient section LMAO

Coondagger, I have the same grill. A friend recommended it and its great. I can set the temp at 260 and leave. When ever I get back its on 260 or if what I am cooking reaches the internal temp the cooker cuts off. If it blew up today I would be heading to the store for a replacement. I might have to bring a brisket to the convention feed this year. It sure was good. I'm with you, when this one goes out I will get another one
