I like my Walmart "on sale" pellet smoker/grill. It is basically a no brainer.

.... like staring at 90’s pics of David hasslehoff with his shirt off ?

Only after I've put my speedo on. Guests don't know if I have a can of corn in my pocket or if I'm just happy to see them

How do you know what kind of wood is in those pellets? Wood pellets are like Vienna sausages. Hotdogs are made of what falls on the slaughterhouse floor. Vienna sausages are made of what oozes through the cracks of said slaughterhouse floor.

Brisket going on the pellet grill this weekend. Overnight cook. Put it on at 8pm and don't open the lid until the next morning. A stick burner could only dream

Coondagger, I have the same grill. A friend recommended it and its great. I can set the temp at 260 and leave. When ever I get back its on 260 or if what I am cooking reaches the internal temp the cooker cuts off.
If it blew up today I would be heading to the store for a replacement.

I might have to bring a brisket to the convention feed this year. It sure was good. I'm with you, when this one goes out I will get another one
