Bah humbug the only democrat county in the state. It's winter, they're all inside at night. Jackson is trashed anyway. Left there in 1980 couldn't believe how crummy it had gotten when I was there last fall. Get out of town if you if don't like lights. Turn off the lights affecting wildlife it that's the case but they're not migrating through town the elk refuge fence stops them. Bunch of starry-eyed Biden voters.

Not a fan of lights everywhere myself, but I AM a fan of being able to do what you want to do on your own land. No one is going to tell me when I can or can't decorate my own yard.
I'll often put up a string of red lights for Valentine's day and a string of green ones for St. Patrick's .I guess those would be banned too even though they're not "Christmas" lights?

I keep LED lights up year round on my porch. I wouldn't like anyone telling me I cannot and would not comply. It's my land and nobody's business except mine.
However, laws on Christmas lights is not "Wokeness." If he is going to stir the pot on every trivial headline he reads, Grandpa needs the Urban Dictionary. It is good we can agree to disagree. If this was Chicago or San Francisco, it wouldn’t be a big deal since the liberals do this kind of stuff all the time in which the “Urban Dictionary” would apply. However, this is Wyoming in which the rural dictionary should apply and it is a big deal when the outsiders come in and take control of a part of a very conservative state with their woke liberal ideas and rules from the wacko states they left. There is a small but vocal group of anti-trappers now living in Teton County, Wyoming. Several years ago they tried to get the trap check laws in Wyoming to 24 hours. As I said, these outside liberals are starting to spread across the border from Jackson into Idaho the area I live in.

I had never felt claustrophobic in Wyoming until I set foot in Jackson.
A fun game is to check out the Zillow listings for the town... When I looked there were only two properties for under a million dollars, both modest apartments/condos. spot on
