Flash flooding and no shadow's to see, guess i can hold up a beaver and see if he can tell how much longer winter will last, be about as accurate as the other rodent, lol. Seems they feel it's cruel to use Phil for a stupid weather prediction. Must be nice to eat ice cream as fast as you want and not have to worry about brain freeze.
