Flash flooding and no shadow's to see, guess i can hold up a beaver and see if he can tell how much longer winter will last, be about as accurate as the other rodent, lol. Seems they feel it's cruel to use Phil for a stupid weather prediction. Most in this country have things people in other countries only dream about. Yet, they want America to be more like those other countries.
