Well because they are afraid civies may be injured if they did. Chinese balloon and over Billings, I think might be the biggest city in Mt. but foremost maybe a better option is intercept it and find out what it is, who sent it, what it contains and yeah what information it gathered. What information has the balloon received and where was it transferred? Our country is full of Chinese spy's why would you risk sending a balloon overhead surely there are other ways to get what information they want without being detected ? Would this be considered an act of war by entering our air space ? Is this common? What are we going to do about it ?
