I've never had the authentic Texas stuff and I don't think that I'd know if I got it right if I made it. I'd love to try it though.

Looks good but to soupy. I like mine thick and chunky. It thickens up a bit at 30 below.

I don’t see any whole kernel corn in it either.. what’s the heck’s goin on in here? (There that oughta tick off a few Texans. Lol.) Looks good! What is with people putting CORN in chili? I can think of all kinds of things to say about that, and ain't none of them nice.

I put chunks of STEAK in my chilli. Along with onions Beans Jalpenos Green Peppers Hot Peppers Corn and then More Beans on the side as well as Macaroni on the side. It has to be THICK too then the next Morning I make Chilli Omelletes with the left overs.
God please keep they 19 fallen UBB miners out of trouble up there.
