Maybe one day you'll win some broken prize's/promise's. I forgot about that. MsCat sure pulled a fast one. Mike, I'm proud to have you as valued member on here.

Met Mike at the Freeport convention many years ago. Was told just look for the guy about a head taller then the crowd. Been following his writing and is one of the first things I look for especially his what's new.

Yep, always enjoyed Mike's writing.
Not to hi-jack the post, but what was the name of the writing that had a French name... I think he wrote for a couple different mags. He was at the 2013 NTA get together in Findlay.
I am getting old and can't keep track of anybody. It is hard to even remember where I am at when I am there... Not really, just about sometimes it feels like it.

Yep... Mike that is who it is. Is he still around? I have been in hiding myself for a few years off and on so don't really know.

Mike's article in the Fur Taker magazine is always a must read. He is a great guy to talk to. He has been willing to share a lot with trappers. Keep up the great work.

Some guys just make you feel comfortable talking to them. Mike has given a great deal to trappers and when you do talk to him you realize you are talking to someone that is in the Trapper's Corner. I consider him a pillar of our cause.

A lot of good writers come and go but thankful that Mikes stays with it. A lot of we trappers young and old have learned new techniques and increased out catch by reading your articles Mike. Proud of you. buddy.
