So the gf is finding out she has a real green thumb and shes been really enjoying growing various plants . Mainly container plants like petunias and the like but she's going to try and grow some edible stuff. She's a real book worm so wanted to surprise her with nice gardening book or two and looking for recommendations guess mainly for container gardening.
Thanks

I'm not a gardener per-say more my wife's thing. This is not a book of how to. But I did get this in mail the other day. After watching one of Anthony's videos. Can't get to many of these if you're interested in gardening.

I have a book called The Square Foot Gardener It goes into detail how to mix items as you plant them to make the best use of the space you are using You can grow a lot of many different plants in a very small space I like the idea very much It helps to reduce the work needed to prepare the ground needed to have a garden.

Growing maters in a bucket has worked best for us since moved here. This red clay stuff is a real challenge unless you want to raise pine trees.

The Rodale Institute puts out some great books on gardening. I have a 15 book series of theirs that covers everything, it's from probably thirty years ago.

Eh...wot?
