A cat Evidence points to a house cat unless there's something to reference it's too big for a house cat. Try getting a pic of yourself standing in the exact spot the cat is and that will give u a perspective of how tall it is.

Looks like house cat got his tail bobbed. Had one like that when was kid didn't out run hay mower.

That is what I thought too. Must be a feral, I asked the closest ranch family which is over 2 miles away and they never seen it before. Next ranch is over 5 miles. Interesting enough, I don't believe I ever seen a cat here on my place ever. Wild cats are all over though and maybe never see them. You would think those wild cats would hold up in the open-end barn or lean-too.
