Beav, I 100% agree with him. I would rather have moose than elk too. But bobcat, lynx and mountain lion are all better than moose too.

I’m hoping that I get a chance to try bobcat, looks delicious. It looks like I am going to get my chance. I’ve been hanging out at former team and member PCR’s fur shed the last couple of days and today he gifted me a good amount of bobcat meat from a cat he caught last fall.

I took it to work and barbecued a bunch...noone failed to get seconds and even the nicely dressed office ladies who originally scoffed at the idea ate more than their share. Barbecued with Lowery's and it tasted very much like lean pork chops, much like cougar. Go figure!
