As I recall, this is the one that looks like a Stevens "Miserable Loader". 22 pump with a tang safety?

Got one, love it. Needs a butt plate, so if you come across one while you're doing your project let me know. Best part is it feeds .22 short. Great dispatch gun and can be carried in two pieces.

Anybody know a gunsmith that could find or make an ejector? I also need the tub spring.

I believe the model 32 was similar but not identical. I have been checking them. I’ll keep looking.

Everygunpart. com has several model 38 marlins listed as parts guns. Hope this helps
