Which while some coveted after, they have erred from the the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

When I think of Greed, I think of a father, husband, that sets at the table and takes his portion before his wife and his children.
We are not dogs or lions.

Money is just a tool. Blaming money is like blaming the gun.

The phrase is saying the LOVE of money , Money is is not to blame , the coveting of money is. And yes money is just a tool like a gun.

We don't call it greed, we call it being hungry..makes you work harder to get what you need and try to become more comfortable... Greed is when your pursuit of money or comfort hurts other people.

Life sure was alot happier when i didn't have nothing.
Wasnt a big deal 25 years ago to have nothing in the bank. But now
It gets to a certain amount and i stress really bad about it.

It says it is a deadly sin....my money is on that being correct.

Greed is an overused and often an incorrectly applied word.
Money is the root of all jobs.
When was the last time anyone has gotten a job from a poor person?

If the desire and ambition to personally improve ones way of life or standard of living, rather than settle for the things handed to you, is greed then we need a lot more of it.

Well, to tie this directly back to trapping, the great days of the fur market occurred back when people wore fur as a symbol of success, and success was thought of as a positive thing, something to strive for. Then politicians learned how to exploit class warfare and get people to despise anyone more successful than themselves. You know, them greedy rich folks.

Greed is a bad habit to have.

OK, today it is very common for both parents to work and the state to raise the children (to a degree) in that circumstance.

There are also many single parent families.

If your a two parent family that chooses the both work option so you can have more material things but you could provide for that family with one parent working and the other raising the children rather than other's raising your children have you chosen greed of $/material items over family? Bear in mind that sending kids to pre-school care, daycare, public school is opening up them to the woke agenda daily/more hours than those kids are with you, by far. This is very common today.

The canadien truckers protested for freedom until their $ was frozen....then the protest was basically over=$ over freedom no matter how you want to sugar coat that. jmo.

Money is nothing more than a.medium of exchange for time, labor or knowledge. The ones that believe it is evil are the ones that have little and are looking for excusses.Usually they have little because of lack of desire to better themselves through work, education or invention. Some have just made bad life decisions. Bad decisions would include believing in Socialism. Some have been handed bad health.
I am very afraid that coming soon, there will be a new form of money. A government monitored digital currency. Our outlook of all the above comments may change forever if and when things change to this form of exchange.This opens up a whole new subject.

When I think of greed, I think of Democrats and how they push the message that it is greedy to want to keep what you earn but NOT greedy to take what someone else has earned.

A person can only spend the real green money that they have,only write a check til funds run out going to a cashless country is just nothing more than more government control of the people this has been talked about for some time, like I keep saying,FREEDOM how much do you really have? think about it.
