Certainly being ask to speak to the group is evidence that your peers consider you to be able to not just be capable of doing the task but doing it well So it is OK to be a bit nervous But keep in mind that what you want to say is what you feel is the truth .So it will just you telling those in attendance what you try to live each day. I will bet that you handle the event quite well .
