Ham, mac and cheese, corn, deviled eggs, coleslaw, relish tray, and some kind of orange cake thing for desert.

Trying a new one today, pork adobo and fried plantains.
The plantains aren't new, I like those, just haven't cooked adobo yet.

One of those had it before and liked it but never made it.

A pizza

Lettuce salad, cole slaw, baked chicken, sliced pork tenderloin, roast beef, creamed corn, cinnamon rolls, caramel rolls, 4 kinds of cut up fruit, lasagna, orange and apple juice, and apple strudel. We went out to eat.

Well the new recipe is a keeper. Not sure how often though as the prep time on the pineapple is a pia.

We had ham, mashed potatoes, gravy, escalloped corn, green bean casserole, buns, cranberry fluff salad, deviled eggs and coconut cream and sour cream raisin pies for dessert.

Just finished our meal, my wife is a good cook.

Chicken bbq over the charcoal pit, dozens of sides and desserts. Head count was 82 at our Easter lunch

Leg of lamb, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing,corn, lettuce salad and Irish freckle bread. Carrot cake and French silk pie.
