What would you invest in? I mean a business, stock, flipping, etc.. What would you do with $100,000 investment wise? I am really interested in your thought's based on the wide range of personnal experiences on this site.

Are you saying it's in cash currently? Yep. Access to credit/assets a different question.

Are you saying it's in cash currently? If so, for me I'd buy land. Yup, trade this 3/4 acre lot to close to Atlanta for 10+ acres in South Alabama.

You might look at wooded land with high timber value, know a fella that buys land and pays off a good portion of it with logging profits I've thought of this, it's a dangerous game right now if you need to count on the logging within the next few years.

I’m heading too the bush till October and in the same situation,,,
100 g in my trading account and won’t be able too spend the time babysitting it
I put it into JEPI, 11% yearly divided, pays monthly
In October likely pull it,,,,,and carry on
Just saying this is what I just did, not what anyone else should do

I would replace the guns and ammo that was lost in the boating accident of 2022.

I have nothing clever to put here.

Booze and women are the most enjoyable investments that I've come across.
The booze might not pay long term dividends, but, the women might.

Like many others, I'd purchase land. Currently, that would only buy about 9 or 10 acres, but I'd buy adjoining land for pasture (lowered taxation) and mainly to keep some rich Californian from building a mcMansion in my viewshed. On the other hand, I might buy booze and women with about $75,000 and just blow the rest.

The booze might not pay long term dividends, but, the women might. Was worth posting twice! lol Already greatly vested in a woman and future investments may prove costly! Keep the idea's coming. In response to other posts I did buy 100 acres of farm land that I rent out which is paid off as is my home, business, and a rental home.

Buy more TPB stock. Severely undervalued at the moment. Disclaimer, I’m in it heavy at this time.

lol Best response so far! Assume all costs in life are covered and you have that amount sitting in the bank.

First thing I would get it out of the bank. Then prepaid for what may be coming.
I got hosed by a bank in the early 80’s (FDIC Takeover)and have ran my business without a banks line or loans every since!
