What a great movie!!

Now they gave JP Morgan 50 Million to Bail them out and then claimed it was not Tax funded Bail Out!!! If the Feds gave JP Morgan 50 million to buy the Bank how is that NOT Tax payer funded. Demonrats love to polish a Turd and then call it useful and good.

The FDIC loaned JP Morganchase 50 BILLION dollars that they have to pay back. They will also be paying some level of interest to FDIC probably. The FDIC fund comes from premiums banks' pay. Ultimately the Bank's customers fund FDIC insurance on the money the customers have at these banks.

Looks like the sanfran fed is on a roll, Pacwest is next in line. The sanfran Fed's oversight of the banks' balance sheets could have been better, but their rigorous regulation of the banks' DEI program has been world-class!

As I said on another thread, do you think the FDIC and Federal Reserve is owned by the US government?


It's estimated it will cost the FDIC 13 billion to insure funds and the FDIC will also lend JP 50 billion to purchase the failed institution.

Again the FDIC is not funded by tax payers well not until it fails.
