Stop obsessing over the body of a high school sophomore. It's weird.

Again with you and the kids.

But yes, he is 130 pounds. Still much shorter than me--not stronger (you have clearly never wrestled a really good wrestler). Hopefully getting taller. He did take me down despite my size and strength advantage.

That is the last question I am going answer about my son's body.

I’m one of those guys. Had a blowout on the company van. Looked everywhere for a jack. Ended up calling the garage and they told me we don’t have jacks on that particular van, lol.
Now what’s even funnier is my old van had a jack, but no spare!!

If I had to pick a team hear it would be the cow boys and girls young and old, trappers, ranchers-farmers and construction crews , probably about half the rough necks,
In about that order. Through our veterans to the top of the list .
The rest are jello. Hand out the pampers.

I've changed many a part on the side of the road , not that I wanted to , but just had to instead of getting towed.

I also have broken on 3 separate occasions a 4 way lug wrench with my bare hands. Last time I did it was on my captain's (FD) Ford Explorer. He watched me do it. Broke the steel bar right where it kinda turns into a socket. My captain was amazed. He said " Remind me not to pick a fistfight with you " I broke the other ones right at the ' tee '

Again , my bare hands. No feet , no cheater pipes or hammers. I am not a big guy , just small and tough.

I know better than to use a 4 way to break a really tight lugnut. But sometimes that's the only tool you have. My preferred tool is an impact or breaker bar. I've broken a lot of tools in my day. So glad Sears , Snap-on , Matco and Mac have lifetime guarantees. Unfortunately 4 way lug wrenches don't. A 4 way lug wrench with one broken off is not good. Ended up throwing it out.

Was just thinking today about of the amount of people that cant even change a flat tire. I drive a dump truck, back and forth alot. Saw atleast 4 cars along the road today with flats, every one waited for help. That was taught in school for me, but I already knew by then. I have owned my own dump truck for 4 years, It gets fixed along the road or duct taped and zip tied together to limp home.

My boy ran off with it when he cracked out welding on the pipelines, but I used to have a 3/4 inch breaker bar and socket set. If you could break that you were stronger than the loader on a John Deere tractor. And it wasn't even Mac or Snap on. It was a cheap Chinese set but about 40 yrs old so way tough. LOL.

Wanna Bee- evidently the good Lord does not want you changing van tires.

My girlfriend had a flat years ago. I made her change it with just a little help from me. She needed to learn how to actually do it rather than just watch. I've changed countless tires for people over the years.

cmj is right , whole lotta people out there that don't how to change a tire.

My personal best , changing a tire in under 3 minutes with just the equipment that comes with the car. That was because it was -2° and I didn't want to freeze my butt off.

Most cars today do not come with a spare. Most come with a can of fix a flat. FYI!!!

Randall I just turned 53, I am fat and have a heart condition. When young athletic adjusters try to give a roof claim back because it is high and / or steep, I get called out. It takes brains to manage the risk and access these types of roofs but it also takes a little brawn and the older I get, the more puny this type of work makes me feel.

As far as heights go, I love the views and always will

Well,I was a bit distracted about soft with some of the other soft tough type replies. Soft and tough are relative. hard? 1 when young...soft to tough? still at about an 2 i guess. Difference is this old body breaks now at 64. I still dont know how to act 64,even 50. I never say uncle(my stupidity)still break ribs and things being clumsy(no graceful) and suffer the time healing now. Will I ride broncs now or bulls? Wrestle steers? Steers yes or calves. Ride bronks or bulls,NOPE...my brain tells me thats nuts at this time in life. I still think im 25,my body tells me im not. Toby keiths song am i as good as i once was or something like that.....NOPE

I think we are about to cross over into the 4th line

I work with a crew half my age and I work with them shoulder to shoulder. Underground you man up or ship out. Everyone cannot pull the weight all the time of a slacker. Drag a 1500 pound Belt about 400 yards on your hands and knees and you will find out just how heavy it can be.
