Your Governor, Doug Burgum, is running for president. So far I like what I see: Pro 2A, pro business, fewer regulations. Just wondering what you folks that live there think?

We voted in the first time because he sounded great. He never delivered, but he talks a good game. He shipped in bus loads and wined and dined them to win the ND Governor Primary. He is bribing people to contribute to his campaign. If you give him a dollar, you get a $20 gift card. I will not vote for him, he is crocked enough to fit in DC. He sleeps with Bill Gates to top it off.

Another Swamp Weasel.

A swamp weasel is spot on. He signed off on China buying land next to Grand Forks AFB. Once enough people started to squawk he changed his tone. We have had a lot of shady things happen in ND and some how there is never anything to see when he looks into it. The ND IG turned up dead. The story went from he passed out and fell, but is doing fine, to He has a hernia and is in the hospital, but doing good, to he died a couple days ago of a heart attack. That was over about four days. They were going to do a complete autopsy, but he was cremated by mistake. His computer was scrubbed about the time he died. Lots of money in places it does not belong. He will put on a good show though.

I've been seeing his commercials and getting stuff in the mail for several weeks. Interesting to know what the people who are familiar with him think.

Our voting machines got turned off and during the last Governor election and when they came back on the number had gone up for Burgum and down for his opponent. The best way for a democrat to get elected in ND is to say they are not one.

Not from ND but what I have heard he is a common sense, very well organized, a problem solver, and get it done person politician plus great character. As a neighboring state and hearing the good results of a well-run gov in ND I will vote for him.
