Inch here overnight it just started up again let it come we might have a green summer this year. It can be wet here one day and dusty dry in a few weeks the dust clouds on the roads were getting noticeable. Food plot going in this week the moisture is welcome.

They are predicting rain for us Saturday night into Sunday. Hope it comes true, we've had too many false hopes in the past predictions.
Tried trapping some pocket gophers, but the ground is so dry, it's like digging into concrete.

County tilled the road for some reason I barely made it out of my driveway leaving the place today it was like driving on soaked black dirt tough to go in the direction you planned to go. LOL Not passable with a car or SUV now just a mess.
I’m guessing the guy with the feedlot down the road ain’t happy either no trucks coming or going in the next days to weeks if we keep getting rain.

Woke up to steady rain I was hoping to get the food plot planted today but ripped a valve stem off of the 4 wheel yesterday dragging the plot. If it lets up I’ll finish the planting if I can clear the spot I picked out.
