hippie OP trapper H Joined: Feb 2010 pa	It's not in good shape and have to read, let alone get a legible pic, but here's the best I could get. My Uncle was on destroyers during the Korean war., but this is dated '58. Could it be for crossing the equator? There comes a point liberalism has gone too far, we're past that point.

jburson trapper J Joined: Dec 2015 AZ	My guess is it is a card for becoming qualified on the ship. It is the Atlantic fleet so he must have changed ships and had to re-qual for watch standing or other duties, Its like welcome to club card
