Cider vinegar and salt on French fries

how about malt vinegar and salt on fish?

don't eat fries any more

I propose an immediate ban for Jalstat………er , I mean no and no thank you.

Every Friday at my VFW Post's fish fry! Like to dip them in the shrimp sauce cups too.

Vinegar is nasty

This is a Carolina thing and it is excellent

Also very good

used to love olive oil and balsamic vinegar with a little kosher salt in a shallow bowl and dip pieces of home made bread in it , so good

don't hardly ever eat bread any more , but come tomato season , sliced tomatoes , with a leaf of basil and a slice of fresh mozzarella s sprinkle of Kosher salt then drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar I can eat a whole plate of that

Not on fries but I do like malt vinegar on fish and love vinegar and salt chips.

As some one who was born and raised and still lives in North Carolina, putting apple cider vinegar on french fries is NOT a Carolina thing

Malt vinegar on curly fries

Apple cider vinegar 50/50 mixed with ice cubes and water in a BIG bowl of sliced cucumber and white onions.
Well chilled in the fridge for a spell.
Vinegar and Sea Salt tater chips are quite good as well.
Very popular.
On fries sounds equally pleasing !

The Carolina thing is only what I’ve been told

Mustard is great too!
