The guy that rents my farm ground, also raises beef. When he pays rent he also gives me some beef. Mother sweet Jesus, Mother of God, is that at stuff good.
I fried some up for supper and it is just mouthwatering.

I am not sure what the difference is, but I can readily taste the difference between store bought meat, and home grown from the local butcher shops.

Around here the old time German butchers are very popular and there are some Polish places that are also top notch.

X2 when we run out of beef and buy some from the store it's just no comparison
