So I had to go to a Prosecutors office yesterday over a homeless trying to rob me at a Gas staion. Long Story short he was arrested and the Prosecutor wanted a more detailed report than the Officer turned in. After I told him I learned that , NOW GET THIS, that homeless man was already convicted of Armed Robbery in NY City, was arrested for Robbing and assaulting a woman in NJ was let out on cash free Bail and never showed up for Court and now arrested here in WV in the altercation with me at the Gas Station. I could not believe that New Jersey requested WV to give him another Cash Free Bail and they would reset him another Court Hearing for him to show up for. Basically they wanted WV to drop the charges and lethim go with a promise to show up for court. WV has denied his Bail and will Extradite him AFTER his crimes in WV have been accounted and served. LIBTURD States are completely out of touch with the criminals they Protect!!! So watch those Homeless people because they can be wanted criminals.

Need to build a wall around some of these blue states so they can be the penal colonies they do desperately want to be.

So why do you think that is? Think about it.

Some of those homeless will end up lifeless after trying to do that to the wrong person.

I thought about it and decided the liberals are doing it for your benefit to help you build up your immunity for when the full influx of the boarder states hits the sanctuary states and overwhelms us.

And I'm surprised that was not rhe outcome in this instance. I know it would have had a very high likelihood of being the result if I were the intended victim. I hope I'm never placed into that position.

I read your account yesterday, and all the real men I know would have reacted just as you did. To a thug in your face , telling you what he did.

Good for you. I'm just glad you are in a state that actually upholds the American law to protect its citizens. The wrong one would have been arrested in a blue city.

In any number of places here, a thug like that would have been taken to The Train Station.

Court system is based on money. If a perp has no money , it costs the court money and the penal system money to lock them up. A lot of homeless or very destitute people are just let go with no time or fines.

If a employed person is in court , they clean out their wallet.

Is it right ? Not really.

Imhad a post about it yesterday!! The Officers pulled me off of him because I first offered to pay him 150.00 if he helped me load my truck from my house. He refused so I told the neighbor I would pay him. This homeless guy knew I had cash on me and TOLD me he would just take it is when I started into him and the Officers pulled me off of him and arrested him. I looked for that post and can not find it anywhere.

NJ has an open case against him that he never showed up for. Robbery and assault. They wanted WV to drop OUR case and let him go believing that he would go back to New Jersey for his case that he never showed up for before.

I hope you didn't get any blood on you or cut your knuckles up on him. You would likely catch something or get sick at the least.

I was going to post this reply to that one but cannot find it anywhere. It must have hurt someones feelings about standing up for yourself. But you are totally right about Blue cities. I am worried and Hoping I am not moving to one!!!

Originally went I got the message from the Officer that the Prosecutor wanted to talk to me about it I asked WHY. The Officer told me that he honestly did not know and that he could not see any reason that I would be in trouble because the guy threatened to Rob me. The Officer told me that most people would just hand over their wallet and that is probably what he thought I would do. Then he cautioned me to bring a Lawyer and make sure the Lawyer looks at everything I signed. I did bring a lawyer and the lawyer did have me sign my statement of what Happened and my neighbor signed one as well. The way this Officer acted I got the feeling they are fed up with this BS as well. Think about it. They have to deal with them more than I do.

Couple weeks ago i stopped at a station in in a nearby small town. A dark skinned man waves to me from an SUV and starts talking about needing gas money. I told him plenty of jobs around he ought to take one. Says no no and starts waving a gold colored ring at me. I told him to get. Talking to the cashier I said a guy outside tried to sell me a fake gold ring. She says "Again ? I am calling the sheriff". I look outside and he is waving it at another guy. So I asked if he was trying to sell him a fake gold ring. He laughs and says yes so I told the thief again he best get. The scammer starts berating me in a foreign language. Rolls up the window and flips me off still jabbering whiles he pulls away. I am mad now and kicked a big dent in his rear quarter panel as he is leaving. He kept going. Which I am glad of now. I was expecting a deputy to show up at my house for damaging his vehicle but no one did. Pretty dumb on my part but his accent sounded like phone scammers that want CC info.

Seriously right about that one. But I still had my mining gloves on from emptying out my truck and the face is the only thing I used my fists on. The rest of his body was with my mining Boots!!

I just cannot believe that this guy is 31 years old, (found that out from the Officer) and has already been charged and sentenced for Armed Robbery, Another Robbery and Assault and now another Robbery and assault and only 31 years old. What a scum.
