It's parked on land he bought for I think 90,000 and still owes 60,000. Takes some kind of person to turn down 8 million! I hope he makes triple that before it's over! Good man, and good song. When you earnestly believe you can compensate for a lack of skill by doubling your efforts, there's no end to what you can't do.
