Yup, when bear or elk hunting we have limited or no service. Usually clean out my messages and such on the way home.

It would be difficult but could be done.

Difficult as I have totally disconnected from broadcast TV and radio, essentially all legacy media, and use social media for current events and news.

What is meant by social media? Just forums? Or you mean internet? Forums yes, internet no. I rely too much on the weather apps for updates.

Definitely. I recently got off of Facebook and YouTube, and went back to a flip phone, and I'm loving it. I can only look at T man at work or on wifey's phone now.
