That's the one I was trying to remember, SJA.
There's a lot of good ones mentioned here, that I want to try too. But I also need to order some of that Chili Garlic sauce ! It's been scarce as chicken teeth around here, can't find any anywhere . . . I'm even out of it!

These two are very good as well.... ![[Linked Image]](https://trapperman.com/forum/attachments/usergals/2023/08/full-16258-187440-screenshot_2023_08_30_12.48.01_pm.png) I make a Hot Tomatoe Oil bread dip with that Sriracha sauce that everyone here likes pretty good.

I had it on chicken at lunch today and at dinner last night. How is their garlic chili sauce in comparison? I'll have to see if I can find it. Last week, I accidentally made very good, kung pao shrimp and ham using the Sriracha and a lot of other ingredients. I went with the flavorings I had in my mind, Sriracha, low sodium soy sauce, sugar, garlic and pepper, tweaked them a little bit and made a perfect flavor replica of a good restaurant kung pao. I prefer Louisiana hot sauce Same here I use it almost every meal. I like Tabasco too. Family favorite hamburger is the Jesse Kelly burger so I by lots of Tabasco Chipotle 3 or 4 at a time.

Keith the garlic one is slightly more mild heat, lots of garlic flavor and a little sweeter IMO. I prefer it over the other by a small margin. Definately worth trying if you can find it. Like mentioned above it's hard to come by around here too. Thanks. It sounds more to my taste than the Sriacha, which I do like. Cincinnati has a fantastic store, that's been declared a National Treasure by the Smithsonian Magazine, called Jungle Jim's. I have no doubt they have it. I will get some there if I can't find it locally. Keith
