There is more to this story, however, To promote this, Trumps rented a billboard of that cover picture in NYC. Once billboard company heard "Trump" refused to put it up. They eventually relented, putting up the picture, deleted reference to Lara Trump. Billboard company was paid, didn't follow thru. Looks like one more lawsuit in NYC involving a Trump.

About 15 seconds of that was more than enough.
