how low do you want to go? I feel so much better without carbs, I dont know Roy...My target weight was 175 but maybe now ill go to 170. Then maybe Ill eat a few carbs in my veggies but not potatoes as much as I love them. I did forget to say that I drink plenty of ice water. Yesterday I was super busy so I didnt...i also ate once at 4 pm a steak and a small piece of tuna. Lack of water is why I suspect my sugar was up a little.

Blood sugar tonight 103.... Nowdays they consider 105 target. Use to be 100. So my sugar now is ranging from normal to a high of 115 which is pre diabetes.... eating once a day and meat so far is doing; it for me. Curious if ill be down more weight in morn. Figuring ill hit a plateu.

nyhuntfish, so you're saying that you just cut out wheat, not corn or anything else? Corn is a grain, therefore, for cows. Lol
