I have used super glue gel in the past. It'll hold for a few weeks/months, maybe longer then re apply it if it comes loose. Buy the cheapest gel type you can get.

My wading shoes for trout fishing I use shoe goo. $4.96 at Amazon. Have to repair every 3-4 years. Barge is good stuff also.never tried it with fishing shoes that get wet. But I bet it will be good for tennis shoes

walleyed used barge contact cement for years to glue
golf spike shoe soles to the bottom of his hip boots
for use in walking on slippery rock bottom streams.

It works great in under water applications.

that Barge brand is 35 dollars a can

but I might have to get some , I bought Keen shoes and about 3 months in where the shoe flexes the bottom came loose from the upper

the front and back are still connected but the middle of a not very old pair ,

well it has me looking for a different brand of shoe/hiking boot but I wouldn't mind some more life out of these

E6000 and Shoe Goo and a couple other products made by Eclectic Industries are all the same thing, just in different labeled tubes. At least that's what the guy at Eclectic Industries told me on the phone a few years ago.

Regardless, I use that stuff for everything. I've even had good luck using it to fix cracked snowmachine hoods. On the back side, I put layers of Goo and fiberglass. Lasts for years.

Coonman, I think they even have a black colored tube of the Goo. You might want to try that on your shoe soles.

I had trouble with the soles separating on my Keen hikers. I used GEAR AID Aquaseal FD to glue them back on. they stayed on after that. I bought it on Amazon for around $9.00.

Eh...wot?

Couldn't find shoe goo. I guess it sold Under name E6000, That what I bought. so I glue it last nite an weight it down for like a clamp on glue. I give it 72 hrs, dry, I skeptical that work . Look like plastic model cement glue an smell like it but thicker

E6000 is the same thing.
Let us know how it works.
Might not work perfect for shoes, but I guarantee you'll find many other uses for it.

On the side next to sole. Pretty hard for any glue to work there. Yes I have other uses for it occasionally on different things
