A federal judge has allowed a gun ban in Albuquerque parks and playgrounds in a major victory for gun control advocates following outrage in the city over the fatal shootings of several children.

U.S. District Judge David Urias rejected arguments that gun-free "sensitive" places apply only to government sites, such as polling places, and not playgrounds and parks.

And.......

The liberal controlled 9th circuit overturned lower decisions and reinstated the magazine size ban.

There comes a point liberalism has gone too far, we're past that point.

Ignoring judges as they ignore the Constitution seems appropriate, after all when push comes to shove we’ll be liberated from them.

Here in the county courthouse a frigging pocket knife is forbidden and a woman can't carry a purse into the courthouse.

Life ain't supposed to be easy.

If the gov can ban in any public place then the gov can ban in all public places. Clearly an infringement of the bear part of "keep and bear" but in this political climate it will take a SCOTUS ruling to put constitutional rights back in place.

How many states are OPENLY passing laws that directly conflict with the SC's Bruen decision?
They are simply ignoring decisions they don't like.

Demonrats have become anti Constitution. The Supreme Court outlawed Student loan Debt relief funded by our tax dollars and Hair Sniffer and Kamel toes gave a firm middle finger and are doing it anyway.

God please keep they 19 fallen UBB miners out of trouble up there.
