That's funny, Buzz, but I don't recall us butting heads. Of course I butted heads with so many people over the years that I can't keep them all straight. Many have gone.
The big scene of past head-butting occurred over the invasion of Iraq, which I opposed. I think history has proved me right. I don't recall you being pro-invasion though. In fact, I think you opposed it.
The only other thing between us was our disagreement over how to moderate the old Politics forum. I wish we'd communicated better on that.
Since then we've been buds, so far as I'm concerned. I'd be proud to fish Buggs with you.

Jim As I mentioned in another post, because of my up bringing in a 3rd world country and a child of Nam, I am one of the conscious objectors to any wars on foreign soil....we didn't butt heads over Iraq, I know that. Why we did, I can't remember, but it doesn't matter, you are and will be my friend As for those who don't care for me for my choice in friends or my stance on war Well, no need toget in trouble being explicit, you know what I want to say

What's the matter with discussing a "ginger"? you obviously are not married to one........  I am and Lori keeps me out of Trouble and sat beside my bed for over a Month while they kept me in a Medical Coma. She is the BEST thing that ever happened to me. BUT yes she does have that Irish Temper.

It's been many years ago, can't even remember ??? James was asked by someone on here with whom he liked to debate with. I was totally shocked when he mentioned me, he did however have a and I am not no sure on the correct lingo but... I had to engage, something I rarely do, even back then. I like to throw some stuff in the air, make a comment or two, then disappear . James is brilliant in the debate !

My oh my, how are differences in opinion create animosity.
This site was created for like mind individuals trapping
furbearers. Things have progressed through the 20 plus
years this site has been in existence, we all differ in views.
There are some here like myself that are over exuberant,
some are docile and quiet with their views, some are a mixture
of both or have no desire to engage with differences of opinion.
Take James for instance him and I butted heads to the max
years ago, so much that words were spoken and I quit Tman.
Today, is different, if James and his wife would ever venture
this far south, they could have my bed and I would feed them,
hopefully he would care to go to Buggs with me.
There is not a person here that I don't call my friend, and
to paraphrase Peter Hathaway Capstick...
" never ever discuss religion, politics, and red headed women"
Have a great day folks ! James is still flaming threads, or as he disguises it..."debates". The only difference between what you call the fun days, is it isn't you he's arguing with. Am I close with that outlook? And hello Buzz. Hope all's going well.
