Gonna try to keep this T-man friendly.
So to start, we don't go out much. Aside from brief daytime dash into Walmart for bacon and other essentials, we don't go out much. I'm usually home by dark. So I'm not in settings where groups of young people tend to gather for fun and games, so not in tune with current fads. That changed a week or so back while on a road trip. Pulled off the interstate in small town, then went to a local place for dinner. Walked in and eyes opened wide. It was homecoming weekend. Kids dressed up for a home coming dance. Or what passed for dressed.......young ladies were only half dressed.......or as my great grandmother would say......hardly enough on to cover their hind parts. Not sure I have ever seen a Russian hooker in person, but if I did, I would expect them to be dressed like that. And that was all of them. And many of them had parents there, so it was not like they were sneaking out like that.
Then yesterday, attended visitation of an old family friend who passed last week, and was shocked to see the dresses chosen by a couple grand daughters. Very skimpy......and in my mind, very inappropriate for the occasion.
Bottom line........it would seem that boys of same age are operating in a target rich environment.
Really not sure what to make of it.

Easy to vote your way into socialism, but impossible to vote your way out of it.

Really not sure what to make of it. Blame the parents. They allow it.

With shoes, that is not far off what I saw. Necklines were a bit lower.
Having said that, I did live thru the 1970's and there was a time back then things got a bit interesting. For a short while, there was a see thru fad, and of course the mini skirts. Maybe things not so different?

Target rich environment if that’s what you’re looking for. I prefer them to have more respect for themselves.
The beauty of the second amendment is it wont be needed until they try to take it. -Thomas Jefferson

Don't go to Colombia. You'll have a heart attack.
My fear of moving stairs is escalating!

Were they scantily clad in black? Maybe grandpa or grandma anticipated how shook up the grandkids would be at their passing and reflected that in their will.

Not sure it’s fair to put all young folks in that box. I hear you and believe me, I seen enough to have my own doubts however, I learned so much when my wife started a youth group. There are lots of kids that just follow the “crowd” and have absolutely zero guidance otherwise. Those young minds are open to change though and can, they just need reminding it’s okay not to do or be what everybody else is.

Most of today's prom dresses show more than eighties lingerie.
Keith That's OK cause they don't have them on very long anyway.
