The world bank has Hundreds of Billions(USD)of Russian money frozen and have it earmarked to hand it all over to the Ukraine as war reparations for rebuilding their country.
In the last couple weeks the world bank has been considering freeing up a good portion Of the Russian frozen money to further arm the Ukraine.

Its a great big money laundering scheme. We send 1 billion dollars to Ukraine. Ukraine keeps $100 million and spends $900 million to purchase weapons/goods from the US companies. Investors of those US companies then profit 450 million. Then through lobbying and special interest donate $225 million back to the politicians that voted for the funding. If the US can fund both sides of the war, that's twice as much coming back to the govt. prostitutes.
