Guss it’s a job and a necessary one for the auto company. If it’s so easy to do they would already have monkeys from the zoo doing the job.
When a pro athlete turns down 10 million bucks he thinks his value is more good for him but what does he produce nothing except entertainment for a sports fan. These folks want a piece of the pie and the gamble is job loss and plant closings . If that happens so be it you lost but if you’re a highly skilled tradesmen than go cross the picket line and go to work plus you’ll get a big employee discount on your new truck so it’s a wow win situation plus you can come back on the post and tell everyone I told you so

Everything from property taxes to food is thru the roof. A man works a job to maintain or get ahead in life. Not be a slave his whole life.

Maybe that man should go to trade school and learn a trade.

Guss you must truly be more uninformed than I thought possible. You realize trade schools are really 3 to 5 year union apprenticeships at least in this Parr of the country don't you. Learn thre trade while geting paid and finish the program as a journeyman . So it's very rich hearing this from such a anti union guy.

Also the podt you quoted was saying the union hate stems from people tat could not get the good union job. So taking a shot at you. Because it they can't handle a production factor job a monkey can do they surly could not handle a trade.

If trades are so great why did I go through a 4 year apprenticeship and w iron work as a journey man another 3 years and quit that take a 6$ an hour cut to take my factory job? I make more money at the factory each year often 20 to 30k more than my best year in my trade. This year I'm 4 k more and it's only October.

Just confirms what I thought but u gave you the benefit of the doubt untill you removed all doubt.
