Im not a fan of Mike but he certainly isnt the problem in Pittsburgh. All you have to do is look at the play calling to see where the problem is. I do get tired of hearing how Tomlin has never had a losing season. Take a look at his playoff record. He very often gets outcoached.

Someone different. His only success was when he inherited a Superbowl winning team, Its been downhill since.

Like I said above, there's no discipline, and it cost them big yesterday. Dancing instead of lining up, intercepting deep in the end zone and instead of kneeling to bring it out to the 20...showboating by trying to run it out and getting tackled at the 2 yard liine.

Teams are equal, all have good players and its the little things that make the difference..imo.
