I am both pleased and very surprised to see the ACLU weighing in on the right side of this issue. It's been a while for them wandering in the darkness.

It's about time for the ACLU they have anti American for awhile now.

This will make more than once that the SC will repeat its ruling, upholding the Constitution.

Like a spoiled child, the Marxist left in those cities will keep pestering the SC on this subject. In hopes, like a beleaguered parent , the SC will cave at some point.

Americans just need to ignore the illegal mandating in those places and "carry on" with their Constitutional rights.

This could have broad reaching effects. Particularly, if you consider "social credit scores" and the silencing of opposition voices on social media.

Hopefully we get a favorable ruling. This is similar to what they're doing to you know who.

We've been playing the Roe v Wade litmus test with our judicial nominees for decades now when we should've been doing a Constitution as written litmus test.

It is painfully obvious that our founders couldn't foresee the judicial branch as a political enforcement branch.
