Not to knock this guy, but I saw a guy at the Owatonna NTA convention rough skin and flesh a beaver in eight minutes.
He got the beaver skinned down to the back on both sides, then flipped the beaver over on it's belly, then grabbed a bit of skin right by the tail or the nose, can't remember which. Then he pulled it off the table, as it was falling to the ground he gave it a sharp jerk and it ripped the rest of the skin completely off the carcass with just that one snap.

I'd sure like to find a video of that demonstration.

Seen that done before.
Big Mike Fortin from Elliot lake did that at the FHA demos years ago.
The carcass went flying across the floor and spectators had to dance out the way.

That was probably the same guy. I think the guy doing the demo was representing one of the big auction houses....maybe.
There must be a video of that technique somewhere.

My video is nothing about speed lol.

Not hard to rouigh a beaver in 8 minutes if that was the plan.

I like to work neat instead of having beaver parts flying all over the room.

I have bought about 500 beaver in the last couple of weeks and some guys had lots of questions so I put this video together.

It's a nice feeling to klnow every beaver you catch is already sold.

Kyle even has kids now. How's it feel to be getting old?

You talkin the “Sheriff” Kyle?

I did one last spring on the tailgate in about 6-7min, but the odd nick and a lot more to flesh. My hand gets sore holding the weight up over my leg fleshing. I’d rather take an extra 5 minutes.
